    This is a joke. Last resort to go back to long suffering shareholders and a clear sign of major trouble.

    And still no cashflow reports! After the last quarter with production numbers down so badly no wonder they have a cash issue. This is NOT for a Zinc circuit.....its survival capital. No question.
