It does makes you wonder, though, what is to stop me dumping a couple of million shares over the course of the week before share issuance? Nothing, I guess - and I could force the SP down below 1 cent, get my Offer option F of $15,000 actioned and then buy all those very cheap shares back again. Hmmm...
