There is no information given in the Announcement as to what the minimum, or other subscription will be, only that we can subscribe for up to $15,000.00 worth of shares.

Recent ASX listed SPP offers have been made with three options, $5,000, $10,000 and the maximum $15,000.

The subscription price for NWE is likely, in my view, to be around 0.5 cents which would mean that a minimum subscription would be for 1 million shares at a cost of $5,000.00.

If the SPP is fully subscribed, or the Underwriter has to take up the shortfall, the total number of new shares to be issued is 200 million shares an increase of approximately 18% on the number of shares currently issued. NWE only need 200 shareholders to take up, what I think will be, the minimum subscription or 67 to take up the max.

More information is needed from the Board before I will be making a decision.
