Did anybody note that A3 funds have 'already' been set aside?

Wonder how much exactly it is? Would have thought that should have been screaming from the hills, as the only reason some people are still here is because of Arrowsmith...

As for the amount of $1m, the company probably can't release more than 15-20% of shares without shareholder approval, and 150-200m worth on a 1.1bn share company would fit into the ballpark.
