Ann: Share Purchase Plan, page-4

Hi FlyingRoo and all,

When I confirmed I would be taking up my shares in the upcoming share purchase plan I asked how things were going and I got the impression that so far there has been a strong response from existing shareholders.

As I understand it Magna Corp is now down to US $135,000.00 and I make that to be around 32M shares so a couple of days of decent volume should see the end of that Sword of Domiciles hanging over our heads.

I understand the drills are still working on the AuCu prospect so hopefully we should have some results in the near future. I’m just not sure how much longer the drills can operate as we draw closer to the winter season there.

As I will be in Sydney on other business I managed to snag a seat for the Proactive lunch on the 20/10/15. WCN is presenting at the One 2 One forum so I thought it may be worthwhile. If anyone else here is planning on attending I will stand a round of drinks for any faithful fellow shareholders.
