    Why do you suggest this with VOC?

    A VOC Director was happy to buy $1.5m (on market) at $7.50 the other day.

    VOC now have many assets that the other Telco's you mention has; data centres, fibre between capital cities, residential and corporate ISP, submarine cable etc.
