    SPP @ $10.40 or at 2% discount of 5 day VWAP between Dec 7-11.

    Lots of $2.5k, $5k, $7.5k, $10k and $15k.

    Could the VWAP be manipulated in that week?

    Or might it be cheaper to buy on market now?!
