An over subscription announcement is inevitable, and a little bit of bulltish in my opinion. The sector is hot and what the market wants to hear are more deals and connections. Stating the obvious is probably warranted, but no smart cookie out there should believe the SP will react to that.
Announcement this, announcement that by everyone, but you still can't help but think CPH needs a real beaut to get them to a possible three figure market cam, like two others. However, as we know, there are reasons for that. With Creso's positions in several world areas, this will ensue.
