    Yes, $15k gone today...

    The subscription is only for $1m I believe so while it closes on the 3rd, I doubt anyone putting in at that point would get any shares, but correct in terms of the time frame. Need to wait until close and then processing time, probably have a trading halt for 1-2 days and all shares will be allocated.
