How dodgy is that!
So they do a secret capital raising without offering it to the public. The public gets annoyed so they do a second one to cover themselves... but use the postal systems lack of speed so the general public can't access it again.
Way to create an impression for us share holders. The people that should matter to you!!
Hopefully they won't get too diluted.
