What size capital raising is the company targeting with the SPP?
Perhaps the company would care to let the market know not only the pricing, but also the size of the capital raising that is being targeted and whether or not it is underwritten, so investors can form a view on the future prospects of the business.
Looks like the company is poorly advised or management is lacking market savviness.
