You could probably buy on market tomorrow and get your shares cheaper than the 15% discount offered on the spp based on what the price might be at the end of the month.
But for reasons we aren't privy to the company is asking for funds so buying on market doesn't help the company. Taking up the offer gives ARL extra cash.
I wonder what they suddenly need it for?
