Like many who found out that ARL was sitting on a much larger cobalt resource than ever imagined at the time that the original shares were issued, the company now sees that it has a lot more work to do to maximize its mining production. The company needs more capital. Raising it from current retail shareholders increases loyalty to the company and keeps instos at bay until operations can begin. This is great news. My advisor who suggested ARL at no more than .65US and I did so. This recent dip has put it back in the "buy" range, which I'm happy about. I'll have a buy order in at opening and I don't care if it drops for a while. I'm just glad that it slipped back a bit to let me accumulate more.
