Basically dilution to the hilt. PWN now has half a billion shares? After this SPP, I can assume PWN will cross over the half billion shares mark. Company been great at issuing stock but has given jack all on the "return" front.
My call is that they will not even raise 25% of this SPP given the share price is at 1cent
If there is a shortfall (my bet is there will be quite a shortfall) will "dear management" spend some of their own money and underwrite it.
If YES then at least they are putting money where their mouth is
If NO then even management does not believe in what they are promoting
