But isn't the share price going to track the SPP price for the next few weeks? As they are offering the cheaper of $10.60 a share or 2% discount to the trading price, won't a lot of holders have sold shares when they were around 11.50 a couple of weeks ago, with the intention of getting them back for $10.60 or lower? The current price of $10.75 fits this well, being close to 2% difference with $10.60.
