What about changing the AGM resolution and give the new chairman more options...but make them at a strike price of 25 cents...This will put him on par with most/all TFL shareholders that were sold the story at the Tasfoods relaunch at the 25 cent CR.. Then the interests of the Board and shareholders will be aligned!...and harmony will reign.
