I would hazard a guess that the SPP for us mere mortals was always in the offering but the delay may have come to pass because of the market turndown straight after the initial CR to sophs. The lack of info in terms of the SPP maybe due to the company trying to secure an underwriter? This is just speculation but conceivable.. I believe we should be happy we're getting a chance to top up. Why some would off load for <.10c astounds me but as they say "never try to understand the madness of men!" Haha GLTAH
