I need to read things more carefully. I was just assuming the usual 15% rule applied.
The ability for ordinary shareholders to participate is welcome, I do hope there is decent amount of money flow to Kogi.
The latest SPPs available to ordinary holders have not been well supported however the company has progressed significantly.
