I've never seen this condition before stipulated in an SPP document regarding potential acceptance and scale back..
"The trading activity of the Eligible Shareholder since the Record Date and whether the Eligible Shareholder remains on the register at the Closing Date"
Just goes to show that they do want to look after loyal shareholders....
