what is even rarer is actually using the clause - generally they just shut it down when it gets to a bit over the max and scale it back a per % - then they get to use the words "closed early! oversubscribed!"

although thinking about it - a PLS SPP years ago only rewarded shareholders who still had a certain minimum amount of shares [ thats the only 1 of that tweaking i know of ] i think it was a few thousand..[ going by my bad memory ]


good to see a SPP was included after some pressure from shareholders always nice to look after the loyal shareholders..

especially the one that have been around here the last 5/10 years
