The more I think about it the more I believe they have issued the SPP as one final opportunity to 'potentially' reward long term shareholders. At the current price of 9.9 cents it is not immediately rewarding but we all now have the opportunity to top up their coffers. I think most current shareholders are loyal enough to do so pending available funds.
