    Hi immelman, I don't think the company will be issuing 183+mil shares. I think the scale back will kick in much earlier than that. My guess is if 134 shareholders applied for option A the scale back would kick in. What ever funds are raised it will help the company achieve DFS completion and get ECA funding which is what we all want. gltah
