Surprising there wasn't any sophisticated investors to take a placement even though the SP had mysteriously risen circa 40% over the past few months, got to wonder why it sold down in the last few weeks
Offer price is 20% discount to VWAP closing market price of the previous 5 trading days and circa 28% below the last SPP price of .009c 1 year ago!!
Where are those "potential interested partners" ??
Working Capital= Salaries
Will we see the Directors that hold no shares get on this once in a lifetime offer??
