    Mornin,
    Any idea of when it will be announced regarding scale backs and if we were successful?
    I'm on the lower end of the SPP offers, always wanted to know if the $2k are the first to go with a scaleback? I read somewhere that there needs to be a minimum amount of $2k offers accepted or is that for an IPO?
