In addition to SPP of 25 million shares for the current holders as per registration date, hope that 25 million shares are placed to long-term sophisticated shareholders. If more good news coming after the SPP and post shares allotment, there may be more prospective buyers coming to the market and buy from those SPP short-term traders. This will be good for NVA since it will increase NVA stock liquidity. Gain or loss is in your own hands.
