I see blame centred around DM, as if his removal will be the cure, but have you thought that the entire business model wasnt right - very early on in 2008, I did say that Ohm is in a very competitive and crowded space and its value proposition was never there (I even produced documents to show that Buddy was nowhere in the energy BMS space and that BIQ was and even BIQ has not got anywhere) , then I indicated my wariness about the LIFX transaction - that it was only to save BUD but not its shareholders - fact is LIFX was purchased at far higher valuation than is justified (now proven with its recent financial results), a deal behind a deal perhaps possible as is quite common in the microcap space. I had cautioned so many times about performance shares outlining the extremely high % of share purchase expenses to total expenses and total revenues - they were dished out based on intangible delivery of results.
You have seen all of it , even acknowledged it but choose to put more good money after bad. Its your decision to stay invested and DM is not going anywhere.
