They could have put a firm floor under the sp and sorted this back in feb/march and raised an additional $20m with half of the dilution they get now for ten.
As I tell my clients, better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.
Any surplus funds come Mar quarter next year not needed could have had a share buyback with
