Pretty sure the debt write-down and capital raising is designed exactly to avoid bankruptcy.
They would have to make significant cashflow losses to increase the debt from this lower point for bankruptcy to be a possibility. I think that should be pretty impossible in the next year at least, after just raising significant capital.
