One website says 54% of RFG is held by retail holders. About $13-14m of the current market cap attributable to retail holders.
With a $20m raising going to retail, full subscription would mean every holder getting 150% of their current holding.
Since we've lost so much value already, my holding is down to $1k. In my case I am applying for $10k on a $1k holding. 10x my holding instead of 1.5x.
If many people do like me, then it'll be oversubscribed.
If I was not expecting a scaleback, I might have applied for $5k, but I didn't want to get scaled back to $3k. So I applied for $10k instead, to possibly be scaled back to $6k (random guess).
