This does need some clarification .

"Eligible Shareholders will be invited to lodge an application for the 71,428,571 free Options via a separate offer to be made under a prospectus, subject to receipt of shareholder approval at the General Meeting (Option Offer). The Options are therefore not being offered under this Plan and the Option Offer will be undertaken in the new year. "

Will the options be allocated based on how many shares you took up in the SPP?
They were offered to the sops why not the SH's? (maybe no prospectus needed for sops?)
They were attached in previous SPP's that i have participated in.
Or is this a rush to get it done before xmas??
