To adjust my original post, I simply wondered - why would anyone invest in the SPP now, at $3.70, when the price is $3.52? You did answer that it is oversubscribed, so fair enough. But I presume that means that a lot of people will be losing ~18c a share when they finally can sell at a higher price?
