He is only saying that as a ball park figure, my research tells me 3.40 something as well, it's not a cert but by the last months trading the pattern hasn't broken, and lets say just for an example tonight the DOW goes down 400 for any reason, then tomorrow it becomes a reality.
lets get things into perspective, if it got down to 3.20 it would be a screaming buy. I would triple my holding, but that is unlikely, it also has a lot to do with how quickly the quicksand is sucking everyone in.
