I have the felling that it will be oversubscribed as usual...If the retail investor won't buy all the amount of shares available some institutional probably will buy the shortfall.
it's just 10 mil....shouldn't be difficult
also at this price.
ps: 1 single announcement can push the price higher than 3.7 in few minutes...so maybe people want to buy all what it is available on the market at a fixed price without have to watch constantly the price going up and down.
