RBC Capital Markets' has initiated coverage for buy now, pay later provider Zip Co with an 'outperform' rating.
RBC's price target for Zip Co of $4.40 is a 24 per cent premium on the company's current $3.56 share price.
Give them a year to see how their Zip biz and UK market entry goes. I'm betting it will be moderately successful (not as strong as APT), and the SP will be much higher than it is now.
