I am expecting an amendment to SPP to be lesser of placement price of $3.70 or volume weighted average price of 5 or 7 trading days.
If they don't do this, why would anyone buy it at $3.70 when one can buy cheaper at market price. Unless they are expecting market price to recover over $3.70 between now and close of SPP.
