    Most SPPs are set at the lower of the price of the Institutional Issue and a 2% discount to the VWAP over 5 days before the close of the SPP. This SPP from LBT does not have the alternative price, and unless there is a rise in share price due to some positive news, the SPP will be poorly supported. This leads me to think that LBT don't really care about the SPP proceeds.
