To be fair, I don't honestly believe the SPP was something the management has that much concern over. It was a tack-on to their main aim - which was to raise funds through institutional investors, which they have done. I guess it's a bad look if no-one takes it up, but I don't think that stigma would last long (as opposed to not offering it at all - which people were already whinging about). Talk about "can't win".
Also, we can speculate all we want on the timing of the CR and whether it was required, but (unless someone tells me otherwise), we aren't privy to the full financials of the company, how much coin they have in the bank account, or what terms were required to be met under the recent agreements (BC and Oneservice), so what do we know, really? It's all speculation.
IMO these levels are cheap. I will be buying all I can.
