lets say you bpay $x thousand into their account from your bank, how then do they:

• let you know how much you will actually receive, as they haven't asked for specific investor details? am i missing something, are they just using the email address associated with that specific bank account to communicate with us?
• provide the shares? if i transfer from a bank account, this is not my selfwealth/trading account.
