I have been through a few SPP's. Once they decide how many shares everyone receives they will be added to your Share trading platform (ie if you use Commsec then will be added there or St George Direct Shares etc). They will also be added to your Advanced Share Register. You will also get your Chess statement in due course. It all happens very efficiently and if you dont receive your full allotment then usually within a few days your money is refunded to same bank account that you did the BPay from It isnt a scam. Just read through documents properly and it will all be clear. Cheers
