Ben, after you recover from the shock you might want to top-up if your playing the short term game, likely another bump after results come out . Longer term the cap table is very unappealing for serious players IMHO. The above mentioned issue with issuing directors with options when the directors may possess asymmetric information is a just one of many examples of you look carefully. A very bad look.
