Yes, I agree that these types of offers are often scaled back, particularly if they a relatively attractive offer, as is this offer. That's certainly my experience. However, I'll be content with whatever I finally get as I am a long-term holder and have confidence that TLG is 'on the right track' for building a viable, profit oriented company. Additionally I'm already well on the right side of the ledger and although I'm not feeling bullet proof I am very optimistic that TLG will succeed..
