A quick look through the book makes a couple of things clear:
    • If scaled back, you will get pro rata based on what you applied for, with zero consideration of what you already hold.
    • An individual can only apply for total $30k, even if they have shares in multiple accounts: booklet says "Single holders – If you are the registered holder of UWL Shares, but you receive more than one offer under the SPP Offer (for example, due to multiple registered holdings), you may only apply for a minimum of $1,000 up to a maximum amount of $30,000 of New Shares"

    Examples:
    1) If a holder with 100 shares and a holder with 1 million shares each apply for $30k shares. If the offer is oversubscribed, and they scale back 50% (for example), BOTH these holders will get $15k.

    2) If a holder applies for $30k, another applies for $10k. A 50% scale back will see the first get $15k of new shares, and the second get $5k worth.

    3) If a holder has shares in their name with NAB and also with CBA, they get an offer associated with each of these holdings. They can only apply up to a COMBINED total of $30k, NOT $60k.

Of course, NONE of this makes any predictions on whether there will be a scale back ... so much can happen in the next week that will affect demand!
But the annual repot said there's about 4200 shareholders. Back of envelope guesses based on no knowledge of who's going to do what:

    • If a QUARTER of current holders (about 1000) apply for full allocation: 1,000 x $30,000 = $30m. Scale back, each applicant gets $10k.
    • If HALF current holders (about 2100) apply for $10k: 2100 x $10,000 = $21m. Scale back, each gets about half what they asked for ($4762 worth).

And so on, use whatever numbers you want to make your own guesses on demand!
