Totally understandable from you I probably sound like a dumbass.

But I did read it but given the nature of my situation and my zero experience I always ask the question to get further insight, cause at the end of the day some of you guys on here have a tonne of EXP that I could learn from.

CHN increased SPP and still reduced everyones allocation to 34%? If so the more you apply the more you'd get if i'm not mistaken?
