It would he cheaper to buy them on the market if it dips to the $4 area, I wouldn't imagine a 2% discount on the average price would bring it to the $4 area
the volume weighted average price of Zip’s shares traded on the ASX during the fivetrading days up to and including Wednesday, 13 January 2021 (being the date the offercloses), less a 2% discount rounded to the nearest cent.
