they don’t have to do sh*t guys. You guys just don’t get it. They got the core money they want. If retail shareholders don’t participate they will offer the short fall to the institutional investors again because more than likely they are more in for the longer haul. Also that portion of the raising was oversubscribed. The institutional investors actually wanted more shares at 5.34. It wouldn’t surprise me if some of them are acquiring more shares at market prices too mopping up shares at these prices.
