you won’t pay more if you read properly. If the price is lower than 5.34 you get a 2% further discount on the VWAP of the 5 day price prior to the closing date. Young investors just gotta learn to read a bit more. If you think the VWAP price will be higher than today’s market price then you can buy at market now.
