if the share price falls the VWAP will always be higher than the lowest price. 2% discount to the VWAP is still going to be higher than the low.
i.e if this falls to $3 the VWAP likely to be in the $4s. So SPP buyers buying at a premium to the market price lmao.
Yeah sure if this rockets to $10 then $5.34 is a bargain, but that's not likely when the intern came up with this offer.
