The CR is a surprise. However, the price of it at $3.85 is another surprise. The money raised is the purchase plan for NST Mungari's asset.
Before the announcement for US$550M placement which by itself is another big surprise as nobody knows it will happen. As SP dropped,
I was under the impression it will make to drop below $3.80, so the SPP becomes unpopular from small investors point of view and the big
boys will apply them all. Now I understand the SP keeps dropping despite the fact that the gold price is rising. This is due to the background
running of the US$550M placement. Now the placement is successful and clearly indicates that EVN is very reputable company as it gets
this medium term loan with such a low interest.
Since US Friday, gold price has increased to USD1,780 (+ $25.70 or 1.47% from *****), under normal circumstances, it is hard to see EVN
SP to go below $3.91. So I think those who applying $30,000 will find it very interesting. However, they still have a chance if EVN announces
a very very negative full year result on 19AUG2021. Let see and pray.
