As I recall from contacting them it was as a result of not having franking credits to pay a fully franked dividend and some shareholders had spoken to them as a lot of LIC's are used to fund retirement. I did not get the impression they had any thoughts about future CR's. I in fact sold into tgst as it was favourable for SMSF and bought more on market to cover that.
