I rang share registry when like Clicktracy I did not have knowledge how to navigate the page.
I too found myself in " No forms to download for DW8" A phone call to share registry let be aware I was on the wrong page

I passed on information they gave me to get to correct page . . At the end of phone call I was told to send proof of payment. That is what I will do.

You are right I thought it a bit odd when asking me to email proof. It is not written. Maybe i misunderstood last instructions. Maybe its double protection for me ??
